Rachel is a devoted spouse to an Emergency Room first responder and a nurturing mother to her 13-year-old daughter, who is experiencing her formative years in the same district and neighborhood where Rachel herself grew up. Moreover, Rachel cherishes the proximity to her mother, whom she views as both a mentor and a cherished confidante, considering herself fortunate to reside nearby.
Rachel Kaduk has been working at Sanibel Captiva Community Bank since March 2020. Three months after joining the Bank, she earned a position as a Residential Loan Coordinator responsible for reviewing loan applications and preparing mortgage files for delivery to underwriting. Three months after earning her role as Residential Loan Coordinator, she was given the opportunity to add business development to her role. With her dogged work ethic and leadership skills, her loan production team became the second highest-producing residential lending team at the Bank, closing $60 million in
residential loans in 2022, and her team is on track to surpass that milestone this year. This April, four short years after joining the Bank, Rachel’s tenacity and hard work earned her a well-deserved promotion to residential loan officer.
Before joining SanCap Bank, she had an extensive career in the marketing, advertising, and broadcast media industries. She began her broadcast career in Washington, D.C., with Centennial Broadcasting as a promotions assistant, and within a few years, she was promoted to traffic manager. In 2012, Renda Broadcasting recruited her to come back to Southwest Florida to fill a traffic manager position, and within a year, she was promoted to Account Manager. In 2014, Rachel worked at iHeartMedia as a promotions coordinator and at two other jobs.
She was a table games dealer at Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee and became a small business owner by creating her marketing and events company, VIP Marketing and Events. At Seminole Casino, she was promoted from table games dealer to Marketing Coordinator in two short years. A year later, she was promoted to Internet Marketing Specialist and the following year to Business Development Manager.
